**While mask wearing is no longer mandatory, cleaning and disinfecting protocols will continue as always. You are welcome to wear a mask if you wish, and I will do as each client does. Please note that you will be receiving, a Health History Form via email after you book your appointment. Please complete and return the questionnaire.
